Workers will be provided with board and lodging. Housing is optional; Employees who are single may live in the housing with a monthly charge of $60.00 for air condition use, free housing or no monthly charge for single employees who opted not to use the air conditioner. Workers will be provided without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite. Anticipated days and hours of work: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
FRINGE BENEFITS Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extension, if any.

The worker will perform various repair and maintenance works such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, masonry, maintenance & other building maintenance tasks. Maintain and repair buildings, interior, and exterior structure, to include roofs, partitions, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, or other parts of buildings. install, test, maintain, and repair building equipment or machinery. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that equipment and machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Install pipe or plumbing assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as water heaters, or fixtures such as sink or toilets. Install electrical fixtures, switch and wiring and perform routine repairs to the electrical and air conditioning systems. Operate test equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and properly reassemble the equipment. Paint internal or external parts of building structures. fabricate or repair counters, benches, partitions, or other external minor wooden structures, such as sheds or outbuildings. Determine materials needed to repair machinery, equipment, or building structures. prepare reports of work performed and materials used or purchased. Perform general cleaning after repair, installation, or building work.
